ALTERATION + ADDITION
This beachside semi-detached 2 bedroom
house was substantially re-designed to
befit a growing family with discerning
taste, featuring 4 bedrooms, new living
areas opening to the rear courtyard,
new kitchen with side court yard and
2 bathrooms. The aim was to transform
this into a family home, achieving an
improved sense of space, light and scale
to the communal parts of the house on a
relatively small footprint.
