ALTERATION + ADDITION
This beachside semi-detached 3 bedroom
house was redesigned to better make use
of communal spaces and the north facing
rear garden. The main bathroom was
extended to create a full family bathroom,
the kitchen and dining area was extended
with a seamless flow out to a new outdoor
entertaining deck with fireplace. More natural
light was brought into the house by simply
changing window sizes. The master bedroom
was opened up with balcony, creating a true
parents retreat. The rear garden was
redesigned to accommodate both eating
a children’s play area.
