ALTERATION + ADDITION
The renovation of this classic Balmain
terrace house, We created a new open
plan living space on the ground floor
incorporating open plan kitchen and
dining, new bathroom and relandscaping
of backyard. The 2nd bedroom / study
was opened up with a juliet balcony.
The back of the house achieved a better
connection to the backyard as well as
increase in daylight to both levels.
