Enjoying a tranquil elevated position, this home overlooks a spectacular bushland valley. The existing sandstone brick bungalow yearned for its potential to be realised.
The existing home is on a challenging sloping site, of which brings the natural bushland location into the backyard with natural bush rock.
We created an elevated swimming and entertaining area that promised the kids a fantastic extended entertainment area, flowing off from the new rumpus area on the lower level. The family now could enjoy the fabulous expansive bush views while relaxing around the pool. We also created a wonderful dedicated space for guests, together with a laundry room.
The main level was transformed to provide a new parents retreat, creating a refuge from their busy lives, offering uninterrupted bushland valley views. Additional children’s bedrooms were also part of the design.
The previously underutilised grounds were reinvigorated by an extensive landscape design and contemporary carport sealed the new family haven.
