Our Client wanted to ensure the potential of their property would be realised driving a faster, higher value sale as soon as it hit the market. The existing house was to a certain extent dark, did not allow for ease of movement within and around and did not leverage its incredible location overlooking Middle Harbour.
As the current house was already over developed for its lot size, we developed a modern scheme that created a much better fluid internal circulation connecting all three levels, new finishes materials and visual connection to Pearl Bay.
We maintained the wonderful boutique master bedroom that spreads onto a large roof terrace and enjoys stunning water views and surrounds.
