ALTERATION + ADDITION

An impressive home with spectacular
uninterrupted views over Burns Bay, the
client wanted to further expand the home to
incorporate a parents retreat.

The design was focused on the conversion
of an existing low pitch roof to a luxury
retreat for the client, including a master bedroom,
dressing area and full bathroom.
The retreat was extended with a private balcony
to capture elevated water views for the client.
