ALTERATION + ADDITION

This stand alone 1970’s home was in
need of improving the utilisation of space
and designing an efficient floor plan for
a growing family. Minor changes enabled
the creation of two separate living spaces,
four bedrooms and expanding the outdoor
entertaining area. The design achieved an
improved sense of space, scale, privacy and
light to the main living spaces of the house.
