This good old 1960’s dwelling took a full transformation to the front of the house as well as delightful upgrade to the rear with new pool as well as new entertainment area.
The panoramic district views across the reserve was something that had to be celebrated and as such, the front section of the dwelling gone a complete full facelift and extension to enjoy the view and the sunset…
The biggest success of this project was the transformation of the lower level unused dark areas to one of the best spaces to hang out now.
The design was focused on transforming this old 60’s house into a large family home with an improved sense of space, light and scale.
