This existing standalone one level house needed a thoughtful expansion to accommodate all client’s needs for the future.
New open living space was created to centralise most of the day’s activities on the ground floor.
The new upper level enjoys a well-proportioned master bedroom together with two new kids’ rooms enjoying full views to the upgraded swimming pool.
