The property enjoys spectacular water views over the southern end of Pittwater. The client was seeking to uplift the existing home as well as to create an additional entertainment space protected from the southerly harsh wind.
The design was focused on the conversion of the existing front area of the home, adding a new double garage at street level.
The existing house will have full internal modification on each level as stage 2 for this project.
